Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed today will ship the next business day.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all U.S. orders from Arizona using USPS Ground shipping.

Estimated Transit Times (after shipment):

  • Southwest & West Coast: approximately 2–4 business days
  • Central U.S.: approximately 3–5 business days
  • East Coast: up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is determined solely by the Postal Service.

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, which can vary by country and are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as USPS may take up to 24 hours to update tracking details.


Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, and any secure delivery locations.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package.
  3. Please allow a few additional days, as USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they physically arrive.

If your package still has not arrived after taking these steps, please contact us so we can help investigate and resolve the issue.
